The Dream~Healer

The dream~stealer reigns in his fortress

his helpers bow at his throne ~~

with rapt attention await his commands

his voice a hideous drone ~ ~ ~

"Our victims are foolishly ignorant", he brags

and wantonly grins devilishly ~ ~

"Before long our WEB will be complete

we've spun with such treachery " ~~~~

"Obscuring their vision was such a windfall"

he gleefully smirks with relish ~ ~

"They're withering much faster than I'd planned,

without vision they'll surely perish"! ~~~

"Disappointment and doubt, you've outdone yourselves,

see how their heads are bowed low ~ ~

Depression, your chains are a work of art,

Distraction, your methods just glow " ~~~

"Hopelessness, none holds a candle to you,

Despair, you're not far behind ~~

their vision's almost a thing of the past,

hardly e'er does it even cross their mind" ~~~

"We have them right where we wanted

they're thinking that no one cares ~~

and, faith in that God~Given vision, seems

as empty as their prayers " ~~~

The dream~stealer gloats with such triumph,

his face a demonic delight ~~

The scent of surrender fills his nostrils

victory is almost in sight ~~~

Just when the death bell is tolling

on dreams once held so very dear ~~

A VOICE of Infinite WISDOM rings out

"dream~stealer " now cringes in fear ~~~

"How did YOU get here", dream~stealer cries,

YOU cannot restore their dreams ~~

they don't expect any help from YOU

they're as faithless as they seem" ~~~

"SO, you DO recognize me, dream~stealer,

the ONE you dreaded to see ~~

Dream~Healer, your nemesis, here to reclaim

those rightfully belonging to me " ! ~~~

"Now get thee behind me, satan

your victory just slipped away ~~

my people you weakened so mercilessly

have called me both night and day "! ~~~

"I've heard their cries of torment

seen every distress and woe ~~

I am the healer of broken dreams,

the ONE they have trusted so " ! ~~~

"The Dream~Healer will never forsake them

nor allow their dreams to fail ~~

though you have caused them to falter,

their VISION shall surely PREVAIL" ! ~~~

"My children, this is the season of refreshing

the Dream~Healer's balm applied ~~

Ointment of Joy & contentment are flowing

immerse in the HEALING TIDE " ! ~~~

"Stay 'til your Dream~Healer refreshes your dream

'til FAITH replaces each doubt ~~

allow ME, author & finisher,

to heal you within and without "! ~~~

Never give up on your God~Given dreams,

remember who gave them to you ~~

HE who began them always will be

the SAME who will make them come true!
