Where Eagles & Angels Soar

Has your vision been o'ershadow'd,

by one of life's cruel wrongs;

feel like a poet without musings,

a singer without songs?

Like a strong and fearless eagle,

with crushed & broken wings;

Only dreaming of past flights,

while to its nest tremblingly clings?

Please let no hurt nor disappointment,

keep you shackled to yesterday;

Give each hopeless situation to God,

don't allow despair to block your way.

Ask Him to change your circumstance,

Your shattered dreams restore;

He'll cause you to catch the wind,

fly, again, where eagles & angels soar !

You are always in my heart,

I find you often in my prayers;

tho' you may question, 'Does God listen'.

wonder if He really cares.

May He give you reassurance,

that He will bring you through;

He mends the eagle's broken wings,

TRUST HIM to make a way for you !
