From The Holy Spirit's
wooing as He spoke to
me today?

When I closed my eyes in unconcern
Dear Lord ...
to another in great need . . .
Did it fill Your heart with sadness
that I did not
intercede?

Is that the sound of HEAVEN'S TEARS
Precious Jesus ...
that I hear . . .
For all the ones I haven't touched
with Your LOVE and
Mercy, dear?

For every day You send them
and ~ Oh, Lord ...
I let them walk away . . .
Without telling them, dear Saviour,
YOU'RE The Truth, The Life
The WAY !

NOW ~ I'm feeling "HEAVEN'S TEARS"
Oh, Lord...
within my very soul . . .
For my "First Love's" heart
is breaking over mine that has
grown cold ~

And YOU cannot die 'pon The Cross
again, be ...
crucified afresh ~ anew . . .
"HEAVEN'S TEARS" shall
ne'er stop falling, JESUS, 'til
I surrender ALL to YOU !
