~AS FAITH TAKES WING~

Hope speaks in quiet voice,

A Holy hush to bring;

And Heav'n opens wide its Gates,

AS FAITH TAKES WING!

Usher'd in by tender Grace,

Faith seeks God's Mercy Seat;

lays our requests before His

Throne, at our bless'd Savior's feet.

Jesus lifts each tear-stain'd one,

holds them closely to His breast;

As Faith looks on expectantly,

enjoying a moment's rest.

For there are none too great,

And, never one too small;

As long as Hope & Faith exist,

Our God can solve them ALL !

Soaring back from Heav'n to earth,

laden with our answer'd prayer;

For all who've waited patiently,

FAITH has good news to share.

Then, Suddenly is heard,

An angel's choir sing;

Another mountain has been remov'd,

AS FAITH TAKES WING !
