Was it the Grinch stole CHRISTMAS
with "Season's Greetings" politically correct phrase? ~

Why now an X in CHRISTMAS?
Where HIS Holy name used to be? . . .
That awful ~ thoughtless symbol
how grievous for my JESUS to see ~

Silent Night ~ O Holy Night . . .
Hark, the Herald Angels Sing
carolers made our hearts grow light ~

PLEASE, tell me what happened to CHRISTMAS
the teary~eyed little girl said . . .
O, tell me that story of Jesus again
the one from The Bible you read ~

"OH ~ don't let's stop having CHRISTMAS",
she cried," I want to hear Lil' Drummer Boy play . . .
And sing Away in a Manger with
Baby Jesus asleep on the hay" ~

"I just love hearing CHRISTMAS bells ringing
with aves filling the air . . .
The fragrance of scented candles
the warmth of Spirit~breathed prayer" ~

"Promise there'll always be CHRISTMAS
let's tell everybody we see . . .
And sing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR JESUS"
MERRY CHRISTMAS is what it'll be !"
